How do I determine the correct size for my DMT cycling shoes?
We recommend using our detailed size guide located on each product page. Since our shoes feature a performance fit, we suggest measuring your foot in millimeters and comparing it to our chart. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.
What is the standard shipping time for international orders?
Standard international shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on the destination country. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery within 2-4 business days.
What is your return policy for performance footwear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety and quality reasons, shoes that have had cleats installed or show signs of road use cannot be accepted for a refund.
Do DMT shoes come with a warranty?
Yes, all DMT products are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against material and manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, crashes, or improper maintenance.
Are your carbon soles compatible with all pedal systems?
Our road cycling shoes feature a standard three-bolt pattern compatible with all major pedal systems including Shimano SPD-SL, Look, and Speedplay (with adapter). Our MTB shoes use the standard two-bolt SPD pattern.
How should I clean and maintain my Engineered 3D Knit shoes?
To maintain the integrity of the knit technology, we recommend cleaning with a soft brush or damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or high heat sources, as these can damage the technical fibers and carbon sole adhesives.
