Package Your Gear
Place the unworn cycling shoes or apparel in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films remain intact.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
